The 90s’s Goa trance scene was the catalyst that catapulted Ali’s passion and affinity for psychedelic music and culture into action, becoming a DJ and event organiser, mingling and mangling with all the top movers and shakers both onstage and backstage.
Since 2002, Aliji has been a regular on the international festival circuit playing numerous prestigious UK events such as Glade, Noisily, Boomtown, Glastonbury and in Europe; Boom, Ozora, Mo:dem, Sonica, Hadra & Electric Picnic as well as the legendary Universo Paralello in Brazil.
Expect to hear infectious beats ranging through Minimal, Techno or Tech House or a platter of sumptuous electronica of the most eclectic variety, as the occasion requires. He has shared stages with many leading artists and is widely considered to be a worthy addition to any quality festival or party, both as artist and organiser.
