Takkra is the Hungarian born visual artist, guitarist, maker and the electronic music undertaking of David Vigh. He was the electro rock band Carbonfool’s former member (2002-2008), pillar and musician of globally renowned prog-rock gang Turbo (2005) and a producer of different side projects like Gobi.
Takkra’s extraordinary style is portrayed by David’s true to life, textural guitar melody, characteristic atmospheres, refined synths, psychedelic impacts and delicate grooves. These soundscapes were explicitly intended to treat audience members with calming, recharging sounds and recuperating energies.
The principal LP “Technicolor Talk”, was released some time in 2016 by Mindspring, only debuted as a persistent blend on RadiOzora. The title is reference to the solid psyche impacts and the artistic vibes that are brought out through the album.
Despite the fact that Takkra is considered as David’s own project, there had been a few capable people teaming up on Technicolor Talk, for example, Dure (likewise a financing Turbo member) on numerous instruments – Matyi Mohacsi on Bass, Aurafood on synths, Laura Anna and Manoya on vocals and Mate Kocsis on drums.
